I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Metros and his staff. He is extremely caring and patient, and always makes a point to work in a collaborative way with his patient. He is the best! Front desk people are very responsive and always pleasant. Sean and the other assistants/nurses are great. The office is always clean and makes you feel at ease. 10 out of 10!!

Jim Parker here I do not have a google account nor do I want one. My wife and I were in the office recently for our annual physicals. Everyone we had contact with, Vicki at check- in and Sean Dr. Metros assistant , are always friendly and professional. Our observation is that they treat everyone in this manner. Dr Metros is absolutely fantastic. He is very caring and a gentle soul. He really cares about his patient and their well being. We always feel comfortable coming into the office.

Dr. O'Kelley provides excellent and comprehensive medical care. the office and support staff at New West are very helpful. I would recommend Dr. O'Kelley and the staff at New West without reservation. I have recently moved to El Paso Texas. I am looking into getting care from Well Med which is also an Optum company.

I called last week to set up a new patient appointment and Jay really went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, professional, and answered all of my questions. She was very proactive about getting me squared away, and I am extremely thankful for her help. I feel confident in my choice to schedule here because of the quality of service that Jay was able to deliver.

I've been a patient of Kaia Hoopes for several years and always feel like I am listened to and receive competent, thoughtful care. Other medical and office staff I've interacted with have always been friendly and helpful. On one occasion when I was traveling and needed a prescription filled, everyone went above and beyond to help; on another, Jay went out of her way to be helpful when I had an insurance and scheduling issue.

Dr Dean kindly fit me in to his schedule the day I called. He is not my primary doctor, this was the first time we met, so I definitely appreciated his willingness to see me, as I was in considerable discomfort. In my opinion, Dr Dean exhibited the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism.
